Construction took place in 2012/13.  Over the life of the project, the CURO team have been responsible for:

  • Structuring the acquisition with a tax efficient structure
  • Structuring and negotiating the shareholders agreement
  • Reviewing and restructuring the EPC contract
  • Negotiating the term loan facility and securing debt financing from the EBRD and three commercial lenders
  • Construction management on behalf of three shareholders
  • Operations management (ongoing)
