Construction took place in 2012/13. Over the life of the project, the CURO team have been responsible for:
- Structuring the acquisition with a tax efficient structure
- Structuring and negotiating the shareholders agreement
- Reviewing and restructuring the EPC contract
- Negotiating the term loan facility and securing debt financing from the EBRD and three commercial lenders
- Construction management on behalf of three shareholders
- Operations management (ongoing)
